K Hovnanian Homes was building a luxury community in Virginia and was looking to pre-sell many of it's lots, as well as promote many of their premium floorplan options. Nova was contracted to bring one of the premium residents to life by recreating the existing space in CGI and developing a series of unique interior designs that would showcase the flexibility and amenities of the space.

In this project, I was the sole team member responsible for building the virulal tour that would house the 360 renderings. On top of that, I 3D modelled 75% of the interior space, as well as built material and texture maps for the rendering. Finally I oversaw the entire rendering process, ensuring a high quality deliverable.
